ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

Personalized coaching for professionals and leaders at all levels

This offering combines leadership and career development coaching to support real, lasting change. One-on-one coaching works beautifully as a standalone program or as part of an organization’s L&D curriculum to help retain and apply key skills.

  • Enneagram* and Identity Maturity assessments for deeper self-awareness

  • Coaching development plan with defined goals and observable outcomes

  • Midpoint and final-session surveys to assess satisfaction and impact

If desired, additional services include:

  • Facilitated Supervisor Alignment sessions: To understand the coaching goals, share progress, and importantly, address any other support needed in between and beyond coaching sessions. 

  • Manager or other Stakeholder 360-degree Interviews:  To gain insight into developmental needs and opportunities. Key themes from the intake interviews are shared in a confidential report, exclusively for the client’s use, which helps inform the development of a personalized coaching plan.
