What to Expect in the Coaching Process:

Determine coaching areas and desired outcomes. Get clear on what success looks like.

Gather information about leadership style, tendencies, and personality patterns. Tools include the Enneagram & Maturity Assessment as well as any prior performance reviews, other completed assessments, and a supervisor intake interview, if appropriate.

Refine goals and observable outcomes as a roadmap for coaching.

Focused coaching on prioritized developmental areas with regular sessions held twice monthly.

Determine progress throughout the engagement, starting with an initial self-assessment and scoring results at the completion of our initial engagement. If appropriate, a supervisor alignment session to be held for input, feedback, and progress reporting.

Celebrate your effort and resulting shifts. Also, assess ongoing developmental needs to be sustained with independent effort.
